Reviews and Ratings
I stayed at this hotel for a few nights. The room I initially received was advertised to have a queen-size bed but had some issues with the air conditioning, so I had to switch rooms. The first room was too close to the front desk, making it noisy with staff chatter.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were extremely clean and seemed to be newly renovated, which was great. The service was a bit of a rollercoaster - some staff members were extremely helpful and friendly, while others were rude and inconsiderate, yelling down the hall at each other when cleaning rooms in the morning. The location was convenient, with a decent amount of restaurants nearby, but the room had an uncomfortable box in the filter basket. The dining experience was better than most these days, offering a good selection including cereal, oatmeal, waffles, yogurt, fruit, and coffee, but the coffee was a bit off. The hotel facilities were responsive to guest requests, which was a plus.
My stay at the hotel was surprisingly pleasant. The room exceeded my expectations; it was modest but very clean and comfortable. The service was top-notch, with the staff being really nice and caring, making my stay very accommodating. The location was perfect for my visit to Ft. Knox, being close to the Army base and great for dining out. The dining experience offered good options, though it could have had more variety. Overall, a great value for money.
